COVID-19 UPDATE

Our Hotel takes this matter very seriously and is following public health authorities’ guidance. We follow CDC guidelines and focus on appropriate cleaning and disinfecting protocols. The safety and wellbeing of our guests and employees is of paramount importance. In response to coronavirus COVID-19, the Hotel is reinforcing recommended measures on appropriate hygiene standards and following the guidance of the CDC and WHO, applicable guidelines of the global and local health authorities, and taking relevant health and safety measures. The chemicals used by the Hotel are disinfectant cleaning products. In addition, we have daily cleaning procedures for all parts of the Hotel that addresses general cleanliness and disinfection.

 

UPDATE ON JURLIQUE SPA

After careful consideration of the quickly changing circumstances around COVID-19, Jurlique Spa will suspend operations March 20, 2020.

As always, our top priority has been the health and wellbeing of our guests & associates, and we feel this is the right decision given the current situation. We sincerely apologize to all guests who were planning to join us in our Spa. Given the short notice, we have relaxed our cancellation and refund policy and we will automatically process refunds for future guests through June 30.

We will make sure to communicate when we reopening on our website and look forward to serving you again as soon as conditions permit.
